Nicole Yarbrough's State Farm office near University Commons is hiring a part-time Customer Retention Specialist with a flexible schedule. You'll help existing customers keep the right coverage and get quick, friendly answers. What you'll do: - Answer customer calls and walk-ins about policies, billing and coverage questions - Help customers with renewals, policy changes and account updates - Reach out to current customers to review their coverage - Keep accurate notes and follow the office's service procedures Strong communication and organization skills matter most, and customer-service experience is a plus.
